I was very surprised after being stunned while listening to After The Great Strom and I saw she was going to release another record in a month later. Honestly still surprised how she made two great record in this time, I don't know if she was already working on both months earlier, but it's great, both are!
The use of choirs, orchestra and awesome instrumentation is quite enough to make a decent record. Ane Brun sinks in, she has such a deep and tender voice enough to make anyone dream a little. Talking about dreaming, there's a sense of imagination into this record, a wonder that wants to be filled, a bloodthirsty heart.
