Considering how much I loved "Spirit Phone", I was interested in seeing what this Christmas outing had to offer. And tbh, this was kinda underwhelming. I didn't really know what to expect from it, but man what I did get was pretty meh. A good portion of this EP was surprisingly generic and just didn't catch the same magic that tracks from "Spirit Phone" did. A good Christmas album?!?! I understand the absurdity that I have this as the highest ranked Lemon Demon project I’ve listened to so far, but I just love it. A wintery blizzard of consumerism, apocalyptic winters, and that perfected spook-pop mashup that Neil is just so good at. An utter joy.
