Overall, it’s an incohesive record, but one with a few wonderful moments that definitely bear repeat listens.

Although different from previous releases, 'Earth Is A Black Hole' slots nicely in with the rest of the Teenage Wrist discography. The pair have produced a solid album.

i’ve always had a soft spot for bands who mix shoegaze with elements of emo. nothing, gleemer, turnover, title fight, and wolf alice are all some of my favorite bands. teenage wrist mixes rose two genres, while also bringing in elements of indie and even trap (instrumentally) on certain tracks. the production value on this album is incredible. my main issue with this album is that while there are great tracks, there also a few that aren’t as great.

A regret of not seeing Teenage Wrist fully go into larger landscapes like My Bloody Valentine does. But this song is, also, hope. A huge ... read more
This was such a pleasant surprise because I never expected a new album from Teenage Wrist. Their first LP was such a pleasure to listen so I was definitely excited for this. And I was not disappointed. This harmonious mix of shoegaze and "emo" is always a beauty to me.
