This is what I think spiritually transcending to another realm would sound like.

Grouper is always haunting and mysterious, but AIA: Alien Observer feels out of this world. The hushed harmonies sound like creatures from another planet trying to connect through an aesthetic.

This is one of my favorite Grouper projects because of the tight focus and arresting melodies. I like to listen to this album while wearing a sheet and running around the house like a ghost.

Grouper again, this was soothing, cleansing, I think I regained some innocence maybe? Mummy!

Womb-core.
