Over two hours in length, this 3 LP recording is a surprisingly easy listen. Not only does it showcase some of the best voices of the era, but the story is instantly appealing and consistently entertaining throughout. The dialogue tracks make it easy to follow as well. An easy recommendation for any fan of Golden Age musicals.
