Jack Harlow is someone who I thought had potential but wasn’t heading on a path to really capitalize on it. This manifested in his EP from earlier this year, which I did not like. Jack Harlow's debut project has something I was not looking forward to. The only track I really enjoyed from him was 'WHAT'S POPPIN', but even that wasn't exactly very great.
