"Do You Want the Truth or Something Beautiful?" is a strong effort from Paloma Faith. The record is mainly pop with some soul elements and features production credits from Greg Kurstin, Samuel Dixon & Ed Harcourt. There are some great tracks on this project including "My Legs Are Weak" & "Play On" but the album has its flaws - from underwritten songs to very mediocre tracks like "Broken Doll". perfect album
Bland pop radio-ready tunes gathered for mass evaluation. Most of them have almost no progression at all after the second verse. The voice singing may be pretty, and the contender may be shiny, but the surprise is that its empty.
