yeah, it's nowhere near as good as anything System of a Down did, with the exception of maybe like Steal This Album or something, but I DID NOT KNOW DARON HAD SUCH BARS. Obviously, Daron is the better singer, but I miss the expression and intensity in Serj Tankian's voice that isn't really made up for by gorgeously hummed notes of song. Chemicals is the obvious edge-baiting song that takes the place of Cigaro from Mezmerize. One of its biggest flaws is how... normal... it sounds. Stoner Hate ... read more

While it's not as...uh...normal (?) as System of a Down's records, but it's damn entertaining to watch Daron Malakian scream about how the universe is against him for 45 minutes straight. The instrumentation is fun and well played, and the lyrics and vocals (as over the top as they are) are extremely entertaining. And even though it does make me pine for a new System record, this is a fine replacement.

Favorite Jams: Babylon, Exploding/Reloading, Chemicals

This ain't no SOAD but this feels a lot more fun. Just Daron doing his thing and taking us along for the ride.

This is a great album. As many people have said, it's not as good as a SOAD record, but its till pretty damn good. I wouldn't quite call it alt metal/nu-metal, but its still decently hard. A lot of the songs have parts where Daron spits bars pretty fast, such as Stoner Hate or Exploding / Reloading.

Favorites: Serious, Exploding / Reloading, Chemicals, Enemy, They Say
Least: Cute Machines, Scars on Broadway
Extra: Somebody PLEASE eat chemicals with me im so hungry
