Ade hakim production is great as usual, but hakim himself had some questionable ass bars. I like his positive approach in music and life, but he had an overly positive hostile attitude throughout this album.
Weird aggressive-positivity rap. Like, 'act overly accommodating or I'll fuck you up with positive energy' attitude...
The production and vibe is fantastic but the freaking bars take me out of it because Adé is saying some questionably stupid things. And these "conspiracy" bars do not hit like $ilkmoney they just come off as weirdly sincere and intentionally ignorant.
Edit: I just keep listening to this project and continue cringing constantly. Like Me and Stink Face work because they aren't explicitly about Covid denial but damn the rest of the tracks are just off.
