On this release, For Your Health continues their ongoing upward trajectory through the creation of a breathtaking work of art packed with a surprising amount of dynamic and stylistic range that make it incredibly difficult NOT to find yourself emotionally invested in and enamored by throughout the record's entire seventeen minutes of beautifully crafted frenzied passion.

Love how in your face and aggressive this record is but nothing really separates itself from its contemporaries but it has its moments such as Save Your Breath... and The Day of Black Sun but their also tracks which didn't do much for me and with the album only 17 minutes long, I wish there was much more to chew on it those 17 minutes.
