Only 10 seconds into the album and I am already tearing up.

They take influence from electic genres, like indie folk/country, spoken word, and even some showtunes. The songwriting doesn't do much for me, except on lower-register spoken word pieces like Do You Understand or Song For Oscar's - they really complement the album, and exude the best storytelling, specifically with the outro. But even if it did, some of the instruments (like the piano on Fell In Love or the drums on Jonathan) are too quiet or distant to have an impact on me. And there's ... read more

I wrote and entire review but the website crashed and it deleted so this one is much shorter, it’s a good indie rock album with pretty great songs besides the spoken word tracks dragging on a bit and you should definitely check it out by the end of the year
