With an armful of new Just Blaze and Polow da Don beats, this Gary, Ind., MC and ex-Interscope signee is breathing fresh air into hardscrabble mixtape rap.

HE REALLY WANTS TO BE OUTKASTπŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€
This mixtape didn't aged as good as his previous record. Freddie here is really consistent and raps his ass off. His lyrics are good.Things that brings this record down are beats and features. Production here is much weaker and also don't sound good. Features on this project mostly destroyes songs. Also this album has not as good replay value like "The Miseducation..." and it is very boring for ... read more

Bit too long and inconsistent, but you can sort of see the seeds of potential planted with Freddie's chameleon-like ability to mend and mold his style to fit whatever sound/vibe he's shooting for. Definitely top heavy, was hoping the quality/consistency of the first five tracks would continue on through the remaining 12, but it never quite gets there. Especially Somethin U Should Know, that track is wonderful!

I love the Memphis-inspired sound that goes on through most of the album. This isn't peak Freddie in terms of lyricism and him showing off his rapping abilities but the vibe on most tracks is just insanely relaxing and chill. ... read more

Another pretty decent tape from Freddie. I feel like the Highs on this are better than the ones on Miseducation, however this Tape is a lot less coherent and kind of fades into background noise by the halfway point but there are still some pretty great tracks here. Most of the Beats here are pretty standart Bling/Ringtone Era Trap shit and they got the job done and are good enough, Boxframe Cadilac is my favorite here with all these guitars n shit. I feel like Freddie's rapping is a bit worse ... read more

About half of this album has aged badly, the other half actually sounds nice.
