Magic 8ball

A boring blend of R&B and Pop which has been done a million times before (and much better), but equally nothing bad. Just generic.

I've liked Mac's previous work, so was lowkey excited when I saw this dropped. I got exactly what I expected from Mac: A laid-back album reminding me of a sweet summer breeze. I'd like to see him experiment some more, even though this was still a very pleasant listen.

I'll revisit this in the summer

This was a good neo-soul album. When I listen to this genre I am always looking to deep instrumental production, a pleasant voice, and somewhat melancholic lyrics. Got 3 checks! Nice record!
