From what I can tell, “Destroyer” is the debut EP from hardcore punk act Sunset. While my expectations were pretty low considering it’s their first ever project, holy hell I was blown away.

Sunset has a lot of potential here. Really great EP, rooted in the themes of protest as punk originated decades ago. Though i think my only qualm is the yelling could be just ever so cleaner, but it's still very good. The instrumentals are fantastic, and got me moving while listening. Very much in line with Drug Church or Turnstile and adding their own spice to it. I'm excited to see where Sunset will go from here. Also, I love the cover art, which is always a plus.
A short ep that seems like one big intense song, this small band from Minneapolis creates hardcore tunes to vent out their frustrations in this modern day society. Rebellious sounds for the Rebellious heart , I like it
