Ambitious yet extreme, intelligent yet aggressive. Lost in the Sound of Separation is Underoath doing what they do best, and doing it incredibly well.

Underoath find the words to tell the world how they really feel in Lost in the Sound of Separation. Excellent songwriting, instrumental tones, and successful creation of a brand new aesthetic which many post-hardcore bands even to this day were unable to recreate make this one of the best albums in its genre, and one of my personal favorite albums of all time.
