Not the strongest of the James Blake beat tapes. The two tracks succeeding the title track become a bit dull after a while, the last track especially. I found the first song to be quite special though. Still good, but not great.

More beatsies by Blake. They lack the emotion that we expect him to put into his tracks now but they’re still fun to listen to.

After being halfway underwhelmed by his return to beat making on Order/Pan, I was sceptical going into this one. But wouldn't you know it, Blake delivers once again! Even after taking a drastic left turn into a very different sound, James asserts his talents, and eye for detail when it comes to more traditional garage and house music.
