Lingua Ignota + Reverend Kristen Michael Hayter (4/6)
Kind of a weird entry for Lingua Ignota. Not because it's bad or anything, it's still quite interesting. But the standards of her albums seem to overshadow AGNUS DEI. Some cool ideas here but nothing that is essential compared to her whole catalogue.
"Agnus Dei" is an unflinching exploration of the darkest corners of the human experience... so it's basically like every other Lingua Ignota project. However, comparing a record to "All Bitches Die" and "Caligula" is probably the furthest thing from negative I can think of.
