Boys Cry

I had Oscar Scheller on my radar because of his work with artists that I enjoy, like co-writing with Rina Sawayama and producing for Ashnikko and Brooke Candy. So when I became aware that he released his own music, I decided to give it the time of day. Unfortunately, while it does cement my feelings that Oscar Scheller is a talented producer and collaborator, “Boys Cry” makes me wary of his ability to be as compelling as a solo artist.
