Consequence of Sound

Dropkick Murphys continue to do what they do best on Turn Up That Dial, churning out an album full of upbeat Celtic riffs and sing-along choruses.

Turn Up That Dial won’t dethrone 2005’s career-defining The Warrior’s Code, but it’s a welcome hug from a collective who are, as ever, the best of men.

Rousing and raucous as ever, the album doesn't veer far from their tried-and-true formula of Celtic-influenced punk anthems.

You’ve got to give it to these guys, they have their own unique sound and imo nobody else does it better. While this album was released a little late for St. Patrick’s Day it certainly would make a great soundtrack. Some stuff is silly as expected, this a lively Irish pub band after all. This exists, I guess
Another proper soundtrack for a night out with the boys, just to get completely drunk.
