PINK ARC #40
The remixtape sounds like the soundtrack for the futuristic / factory levels of a shitty mobile platformer game. Some songs offer a new aesthetic that compliment Emily's talent and personality, while others just completely ignore what made her so charming in the first place.
Highlights: Take Me Away (a.k.a. Club Banger 3001), #Diss , ☆Roblox Is My Life☆
Definitely a step up from her last 2 projects. Even if they are remixes, they still go hard. The 2 new tracks go even harder just like she produced them herself!
Avant-garde Experimental Hyperpop-rap genius, Emily Montes released her 3rd full-length (8 minutes) project - Club Emily - a compilation of remixes by the unknown "Snake 3."
Now,, maybe it's because Snake 3 is an actual adult who **kinda** knows what he's doing, but this actually sounds good??? Now, Emily's first two albums were an iconic mess of extreme pop rap bangers, and 'Club Emily' turns these bangers into even stronger bangers. DAUGHTER EXPERIMENTAL
+20 points for the fact that she started singing old town road for absolutely no reason
emily signifies this as her entry into hyperpop, dipping her toes into sounds that 100 gecs and bladee would take years to reach, mixed with a club sound that beyoncé and drake have merely tinkered with, while it seems emily has quickly mastered it.
an experience to behold. i admire her artistic integrity, and look forward to the next genre shift in her catalogue

FAVORITE TRACK: THE BLESSED EMILY.
A delightful masterpiece capturing all the exiting moments of creation and being confident in your work. Great job Emily. Emily is Queen 👑
Compared to the last album, "Club Emily" is a noticeable downgrade in quality, mostly due to Montes' experimentation with different sounds. Though some are catchy and stick for a distinct amount of time, most are forgettable and are made worse through the remix. Still impressive that a girl this young could do this, though. Hopefully she grows up to be a star one day!
Even though my rating seems ridiculous, this album was her best album in my opinion based on the fact she had more of a hyperpop influence and it was refreshing because each song sounding unique to itself. Best song on the album in my opinion was 'The Blessed Emily'.
