"Kunk" is far from the band's best, but it definitely isn't bad. By far their most industrial record yet and one that will definitely turn off a lot of people. The album is a mess, I will admit that. It is incredibly stylistically unfocused which leads to a few tracks that rank among some of the band's most forgettable and songs that just sound like failed experiments. I think I'll explain my rating here, since I'm assuming most people will like this album. Kunk feels like a more modernized version of Generic Flipper. That may sound interesting (Flipper is very good, after all), but Dope Body's songwriting and consistency are way off in comparison.
