The San Antonio-based musician brings newfound expression to her customary field recordings, folding richly harmonic elements into her typically cryptic palette of clatter and hum.
The ambient nature of this album is sad, yet hopeful, alongside some live sampling to create a rather vivid portrait as a listening experience. Very stirring, but ultimately not the most innovative.
