Th band clearly thinks the songwriting has matured, the vocal work is still there; but, not only are they wrong, there is just really no place for this kind of music in the landscape of modern post-hardcore or punk. The songs are too basic - its also the most forced-sounding album of the year in every aspect. The entire album is anti-suicide, however the songs glorify death and pain.
