Damn it, I'm disappointed.

In terms of instrumental, this track is extremely barebones, but it works. Tkay's performance on here is alright, but it doesn't have the personality I was hoping for. She had some bars that made me even cringe a little, like the boner line. It's sort of a miss, sorry Tkay. It might grow on me.

The instrumental isn't super crazy or anything but it does provide a nice foundation for Tkay, but I just don't think she does much with it. Honestly don't have a problem with the hook. However, the instrumental is far too skeletal and this is definitely one of the worst songs she's put out since the rollout for Vol. 2 started.
I’ve never really been into any of Tkay Maidza’s stuff. It’s kind of cool and abrasive when it’s on but super forgettable and “ok what now” to me.
Syrup is another ehhhh moment where I just want to hear more than what I got. The beat is extremely meh and the monotone chorus doesn’t do anything for me. Verses have a nice flow to them and I like that the track is short but idkkkkk
Tkay you don't have the right to be this good!
