A decade in the making, the songwriter makes a graceful, intriguing leap to solo stardom.
At times soft, at other times thick with sinew, 'Not In Chronological Order' allows Julia Michaels to parade her immense talent as a songwriter, as well as her charismatic, oh-so-expressive voice.

Não esperava grande coisa para esse album visto que as músicas de Julia não me agradam muito, porém em seu primeiro álbum de estúdio, michaels mostra uma certa evolução artistica utilizando de uma sonoridade mais interessante apesar de ainda assim ter vários momentos muito básicos e sem graça, mas acredito que mesmo assim seja uma evolução de seus chatos eps.
