That juice world feature was so fucking tasteless and disconnected from reality. Like you are really going to have a line about him talking about death in his feature and just say "fuck it?"

Not a single good song. Lifeless project watered down to purely nothing. Maroon 5 use features like augments to songs. They buy the feature, water them down so mom's can recognize them and say "oh my kid says they are cool" and it breaks my soul.

The new Maroon 5 album “JORDI” sucks.

It doesn’t offend me, upset me, frustrate me, anger me, or anything like that - the only reaction I get from Maroon 5 is a hard eye roll and the phrase “this sucks.” There’s really no critique or clever insight or deep analysis that’s needed to get to properly review this album. That probably comes across like a base level, immature, shallow take, but there’s no other real description that comes to mind when ... read more

And still linkin park gets more hate than this guys

Maroon 5's new lp "jordi" is a complete disaster (how surprising). This is not even funny anymore. The amount of cringiness and horrible vocals and lyrics is offensive like they're literally mocking their fans.

P.S. : hey adam here's a pencil. Go home, write some shit, and don't come back until something dope hits you. Fuck it, you can take the mic home with you 🎤

Maroon 5 are the fucking white noise equivalent of pop music.

They've become the perfect example of a "used to like them back before they sold out" band because nobody can really deny that they sold out and that even worse than that, they got so much fucking worse after selling out. But okay who cares?

It's just another obligatory maroon 5 album to cash in on whatever trend is/was popular this year and the year beforehand...and this time the trend they're jumping on is *drum ... read more

I mean, did I expect anything else from these guy?!

After how terrible their past couple singles did on the radio market, a part of me hoped that they would take that as a wake up call to recreate themselves and actually try to make good music. But once this album was announced, all those dreams were shattered to pieces. God, this album fucking sucks, honestly somehow worse that their last album. At least the last album, despite being a flaming bag of dogshit, had at least some kind of ... read more

Mark Zuckerberg is one of the most powerful people in the world, and you’ve got to be an absolute dunce to think he’s a human. You don’t get to a position of power like that with human sensibility alone - there’s something else at play here, something treacherous. Look at all the other influential people in the world: Trump is clearly some sort of emotionless lizard creature, Bill Gates is a sophisticated hologram and I rate that Elon Musk bloke is a full-on alien from ... read more

... read more

I'm sure Maroon 5 is some kind of money laundering scheme. This is the only explanation on why the band still exists.

The Chainsmokers but not atrociously bad. I enjoyed this. I went in expecting it to be bad but hey, can’t deny what happened, I enjoyed it and got it on replay now. It’s good.

This album has broken me so I gave up on a structured review. Here’s a ramble:

This album is so devoid of anything interesting that I genuinely don’t know what to say. I literally have been listening to this album for like a week trying to figure out what I think about it, but I am just baffled. Every time I listen it just ends up being in in the background and I just end up forgetting it’s on. I guess that’s impressive though right? I guess I’ll give Maroon 5 ... read more

I’m not sure why I’m reviewing this as I literally can’t remember a time when Maroon 5 were any good? I guess I just wanted to know what a collective user score of 22 sounds like. Also, I like to find moments of reprieve amongst the most throwaway albums and here I think it might be ‘Convince Me Otherwise’ & ‘Memories’ 🤷‍♀️ Meh don’t care

With JORDI, Maroon 5 have created an incredibly unique artistic statement: A nothing project

The name Maroon 5 hasn't really been associated with progression, innovation or experimentation in quite some time. In fact, many would say that ever since their third album Hands All Over and the track Moves Like Jagger, the band have been on a downward trajectory quality wise, falling down the mainstream rabbit hole of simplicity and trend-following.

JORDI, the group's seventh record, continues this ... read more

Trap music is a form of Hip Hop originating in Atlanta in the early 2000s. While diverse stylistically, trap is united by its distinctive fast hi-hat sound and heavy 808s set around 140 BPM. Trap has its roots in Southern Hip Hop, Dirty South specifically, and other Southern hip hop styles stretching back to the 1990s; so is the word "Trap", an Atlanta slang term for a place where drugs are sold. However, it was Adam Levine's 2003 album Trap Muzik that first coined "trap ... read more

The band that arrogantly claims there are no more relevant bands, puts out another album that continues to prove they should no longer be a band.

I said 'band' a lot here.

Não ... read more

(Reviewing the Deluxe Edition here, as Spotify does not offer the choice for normal)
So as someone who genuinely likes Maroon 5 (laugh track plays), I actually really enjoyed a lot of their work on Red Pill Blues - their previous album. Although, I understand why a lot of people hated it, but I thought it was fun, catchy and danceable as shit in so many places. It had some faults, but it was also enjoyable.
JORDI, their latest effort, is somewhat bang average in so many places. Its clear that ... read more

Look, I used to love Maroon 5 back when I was a kid. I remember listening to the groups first two albums and thinking their stuff was great. So it's tragic to see what once was a solid pop-rock group turn into corporate shills. I would say this transition started back in 2010 with Hands All Over. Since then the group has only gotten worse and worse with every single release. Getting to the point where I feel like they realized their music was so awful that they asked people like Kendrick Lamar ... read more

I pissed myself laughing at how bad this is. Adam Levine fancies himself a white-as-bird-shit R&B star, but his lyrics were probably penned by an alien crunched to write about human feelings, and his band's music was likely spit out by an outdated A.I. beat generator. 'Jordi' is the kind of music Andy Samberg would make as a satire of modern pop music; it truly is the worst Conner4real album.
