yeah, not gonna lie this EP was NOT it. I absolutely ADORE a lot of Burial's work don't get me wrong; Untrue has quickly climbed to being one of my favourite albums ever, and I was interested to check this one out since I'm always bound to check out something he's involved in. it's definitely a lot more up-front and ravey than a lot of his album work, however this isn't a problem in itself - the problem is there's just not much here interesting musically. it's marred by some pretty questionable ... read more

It’s truly remarkable that Burial can implement his ethereal and calming sound into the musical landscape of today. Some parts of these tracks don’t exactly hit the mark, but the good parts make up for it.

Amazingly vibrant and colourful collection of house and EDM. I’d obviously love Burial to hit us with a new album eventually but these little projects and colabs continue to mostly deliver, IMO. The closing track is an absolute space daydream of a tune. Belter.
