While there's room for growth, the gamble on the album's versatility is worth it and pays off. The various influences he pulls from really showcases how multifaceted of an artist he is. Keem's The Melodic Blue is an impressive effort that proves his bag of tricks isn't running out anytime soon.

The Melodic Blue is like a recipe to potentially make a great feast but when you taste the final result you have this impression that some ingredient is missing or that the cooking is not necessarily mastered. If Baby Keem didn't succeed in crossing this step, there are still some satisfying points if not a really thrilling album experience...

come back to this a lot, definitely not perfect by any means but I love the raw creativity keem shows throughout this entire project, even if it isn't always fully capitalised on
