After K.Flay dropping kinda underwhelming songs every now and then, she makes a comeback with a cute five songs EP which strikes all the right notes, making me remember why I like her. Here for a good time and I got that.
It sort of has an overly rebellious sound that definitely holds back the lyrics from being more impactful. K. Flay does have a nice vocal sound but it matches the production’s tone exactly too often. Honestly it’s the instrumentals that make it so tiring. Some good flows and energy from the vocals otherwise.

This is K.Flay in her prime. Would have been an album of the year contender if there was more songs. The music was danceable, the raps were on point and the songs were all great. While I can't put her in contention for album of the year, I'm sure she will be fine being the frontrunner for EP of the year
