Death went out with a bang for their final album. This album is absolutely amazing, some of the best Death metal I've ever heard.

FANTASTIC

I've had my ups with this record and I've had my downs, but in the end, I have to admit: The Sound of Perseverance really is a masterpiece, and if it were released by any other band, it might just be one of the best of its kind. One of the most emotional Death Metal records of all time. One of the only to actually bring tears out, this is Death close to their peak and honestly I could see this being the best Death album (I mean, it doesn't surpass the masterpiece known as symbolic, but its damn close)
