For all its sharp turns, 333 has a fluidity and high level of conviction that Tinashe's previous full-lengths lack.

With album five, the 28-year-old continues her sonic journey into inventive, exploratory alt-R&B, far from the cookie-cutter mould she could have fit into.
Parlaying creative independence into her best work to date, the R&B star’s latest self-released album is a showcase for her omnivorous tastes and supremely light touch.

Despite appearing torn between a middle-finger attitude and something much deeper, ‘333’ triumphs in never having a dull moment.

Pop elation is one of the most precious thrills to master, and Tinashe gets it down to a tee here.
Tinashe does it again. Arguably, the most talented artist on the planet (yes!), Nashe proves once again, that she can & will ALWAYS deliver.

Just when you thought she couldn't evolve any further, in '333', Nashe explores new sounds ranging from Synthpop to Neo-Soul to Funk to Art Pop & more.

All tracks are above average even in safer/more generic tracks like "Pasadena". Nashe's voice which can ameliorate ANY song In an instant is partially responsible for this, however it is ... read more
I’m pretty unaware of what Tinashe’s music is like, the most experience I’ve had with her was during that awful “Rent Live” television musical. I didn’t know what to expect from a full length project of her’s, so I was pleasantly surprised to hear a solid collection of alternative R&B inspired pop on “333”.

Over the course of forty five minutes, “333” is effective at blending the lime of pop, R&B, electronic, and hip-hip ... read more
Tinashe is an underrated R&B force with a lot of talent and versatility but I still haven't been able to look at a project from her and say with absolute certainty that the singer's full potential has been unlocked. I still feel that there's a lot of progress that she could make, especially in the way she builds the albums (in terms of cohesion and storyline), because individually there are a lot of songs here that are extremely intelligent and fascinating that could be part of something ... read more
Edit: I cant stop playing this. This is so good. Score moved up from 80 to 85.

On 333, Tinashe shows that she can sound great while doing a variety of different styles, and she provides some solid production, great vocals, and catchy hooks along the way.

I’ve really liked Tinashe’s music for a while now and thought she was was incredibly underrated, as she’s released many singles and projects that I’ve enjoyed over the years. But even though I have liked a lot of her ... read more
