I love when sophomore LPs are even better than their debuts.
It just shows progression within the artist and I think that’s very exciting!
I’m really enjoying this one with its glossy production and surprisingly excellent vocal performances … especially on “Tears”

WORST: Something Great

Imagine if Charli XCX and Caroline Polachek had a child that was much sadder and more Australian, that's Banoffee. I don't really have much more to add. It's depressing PC Music. It's quite nice. The production is great. The vocals aren't the sharpest but are more than made up for with cool effects and tasteful autotune. The songs are nicely structured with engaging lyrics. It's not bad.
