I listened to this album knowing that it would be out of my comfort zone, giving it a seemingly inevitable negative score, but I enjoyed it more than I thought.

This is how modern dm should try to sound. I'm tired of the oversaturated "tech/prog" dm in present day that has no soul and is sapped dry of any raw energy. Now I don't think this project is without its flaws either though, the production can be a little to extreme in how bad it sounds at points, and I don't think the songwriting is all that amazing but in my opinion their delivery is what really carries this project and band.

Damn, I need a shower. But its always nice when a band who seemingly is going for just shock value actually has good music to back it up
