Indeed, throughout Life Is People Fay’s voice, enriched by time, suggests that it has come through much yet never descends into polemic.
Ultimately, it's that compassionate vision of song that resonates through Life Is People, as Fay observes the passing of the days with redemption in mind.
Beautiful, patient and poignant, Life Is People is an expert singer-songwriter album, as dependent upon keen insight as it is upon meticulous arrangement.
With top-notch production framing technical and emotive musicianship, Fay recaptures his sound as a lucky few remember it.

One half of Fay’s Life is People proves worthy of such a long wait.

Worst Track: Big Painter
