Just slightly less abstract than his incredibly isolated Entain album for Mille Plateaux, Multila combines the two twelves Vladislav Delay recorded for Chain Reaction during 1999.
Multila, originally released in 2000, collects a number of 12-inch vinyl releases that adequately presage the star Delay (or Luomo) was set to become. So it never really feels like a complete work, but no matter.
One of the greatest minimal techno releases of all time, Multila has aged like an old wine thanks to ''Huone'', his central masterpiece of 22 sultry minutes.
I had talked about Vladislav Delay beforehand with his alias in Luomo in the ever so iconic Vocalcity and that was really good.
