With the Beatles is a sequel of the highest order -- one that betters the original by developing its own tone and adding depth.
On With the Beatles, the mop-tops stepped out with a bunch of great Motown tributes.
The Beatles’ second record, With the Beatles, released on the same day Kennedy was assassinated and featuring the first Harrison composition (the anti-social, mid-tempo, half skiffle, half surf, “Don’t Bother Me”) is not only as good as its predecessor, but in some ways tops it.
With The Beatles sees the band playing with a kind of rough-house energy.
With The Beatles represents considerable progress.
The History of the Albums – n°229

Definitely worse than the debut but not by much. Most tracks sound basically the same, but that same is pretty enjoyable, so it's gonna get a good score from me 🤑 <---- OBLITERATE THAT LIKE BUTTON IF YOU GET THIS REFERENCE (it's a reference to the last track if you're a CHEATER)
OUTDATED
THE BEATLES DISCOGRAPHY DEEP DIVE #2
More of the same, pretty much. Slightly worse than Please Please Me, but these two albums are indistinguishable from each other. At least this time, it's not Ringo's song that's the worse one. Not that it's any good, but Little Child is a horrid track, so shoutout to Ringo for not sucking that much.

BRUH what a fall off. This thing is worse produced than their debut and the songs are more uninspired, and WHY THE VOCALS ARE JUST HEARD FROM ONE SIDE OF THE HEADPHONES??? THAT IS SO FRUSTRATING😭😭😭
So yeah I don't like this album at all, there just were like a few moments of good instrumental but that's it, I have nothing more to say.
