The debut album from one of the greatest bands of all time, Please Please Me is rather simple and bland but it's still got some lovely vocals and it's just plain fun.

Best Track: Do You Want To Know A Secret?
Worst Track: A Taste Of Honey
How have I reviewed 250+ records and never written anything for the most famous band of all time?
I've got to be honest, this is the first Beatles record that I've listened to in its entirety, and I've gotta say that I'm fairly disappointed. While it does have a nice sound, from all the praise it's getting I was expecting the best debut album I've ever heard. I mean, Rolling Stone have it as their 39th greatest album of all time, for Chrissake! Instead, all I got was a decent album that, whilst ... read more

On their debut, the group utilizes the sound of the 50s and 60s in a more unique way from the rest, even though it may sound like what you think. Dull moments are few and far between; you could give this record 5 listens and never find yourself becoming bored.

Color: Green
FAV TRACKS: A Taste of Honey, Misery, I Saw Her Standing There, Please Please Me, Do You Want To Know A Secret
LEAST FAV: There's A Place
If I don't review The Beatles, how am I reviewing albums at all? Well, now I am! I made it this far!

This is the album that kicked off this legendary band! It's just catchy rock and roll and we all love it! Overall, this was very fun to listen to.

Fav Tracks: Twist And Shout, I Saw Her Standing There, Boys, Please Please Me, Love Me Do, Chains, A Taste Of Honey, Ask Me Why

Least Fav Track: Idk... Do You Want To Know A Secret?

While producing some catchy pop tunes such as "I Saw Her Standing There" and "Twist and Shout", The Beatles debut album hasn't aged as well as some of their later projects, and that's quite understandable. Most of the material on here was just to support the stronger singles; so most of it was considered "filler" material. Despite its imperfections, this is still fun as heck to listen to.
