THE METAL SUBGENRE CHALLENGE #030 - ALTERNATIVE DEATHCORE
In this challenge, I'll be taking a look at various albums I haven't heard yet from a variety of different Metal subgenres. I'm quite familiar with the genre, but I really want to dive into the specific subgenres and analyze them.

This album was a bit of a surprise to me, and really caught me off guard. I really didn’t expect to like it as much as I did. Whitechapel has their moments, but overall I’ve never been a humongous fan. This album however hit me hard, especially the first half. The first 4 tracks as far as I’m concerned are an easy 90/100 on their own. The songwriting is absolutely brilliant, and the instrumentals hit you in all the right places. Yo he crecido escuchando a esta banda desde hace casi 9 años, en mi época de secundaria escuchaba Whitechapel creyendome el chico malo de la escuela vistiendo una playera de Suicide Silence.

amazing deathcore album that has some more accoustic parts and of course phil bozeman one of my favorite vocalists in music.
my personal highlight is A Bloodsoaked Symphony but i fuck with the other songs too.
