When positioned against their previous releases, ‘Formula Of Love: O+T=˂3’ paints a picture of a masterful act, one who has learned to wield their talent and concept into one cohesive banger after another. TWICE give us “the feels”, and we’re just here to enjoy the ride.

TWICE are in a position in which they know exactly what they’re worth – and exactly what they want. Having topped themselves yet again with Formula of Love: O+T=<3, it’s all theirs for the taking.

Formula of Love: O+T=<3 proves wrong anyone who ever thought of TWICE as one-dimensional or that their “cute” brand would limit them. The record makes several points about TWICE’s artistic maturity while delivering a feast to pop fans.

This is one of Twice's most assertive and varied releases to date -- and with a more concise track listing, perhaps their best.

Formula of Love could have been trimmed to 10 strong cuts and I am sure it would have been one of the tightest Kpop albums in recent years. It’s easy to dismiss it due to the genre it represents, but there was considerable effort put into most of these songs, so it’s worth some listens.

Edit: Rating bumped from 73 to 78. Cactus is now the greatest song ever made.

Well the album is kinda what I expected so I can't say that I am disappointed. This album suffer from some inconsistencies and a second half that's much weaker than the first half. The title track Scientist is basically a Umpah Umpah remix (I think Umpah Umpah was unfairly slandered btw) and I always like a good and fun summer song, problem is it's already halfway through November.
