i feel like this is what music should be yk? trying to get the most beautiful sound that you can through any means possible. i know that music can be good and sound ugly or grating because it's part of the experience but i just tend to like happier music more because it feels closer to sounding beautiful. and albums like Stars of the Lid's "And Their Refinement of the Decline" are the closest you can get to that.
