Is MC Ride even human?
One hell of a bang to start with. Death Grips' self-titled record is hardcore and was definitely on the cutting edge for its time. It's amazing how far the trio has come yet even more amazing just how great they already were from the outset.

Best Track: Death Grips (Next Grips)
Worst Track: Where's It At (Death Heated)
I have my problems with a lot of Death Grips' stuff. But DAMN! If they weren't amazing in 2011!
Noisy, chaotic, and violent. Whenever you go back to an artist’s first project, often times it’ll sound completely removed from what they’re making now, but with Death Grips’ self titled piece, you can feel something fresh that you can always go back to. It’s not too out of the realm of their work because Death Grips have been consist with their sound while always evolving and never being too far removed from what we are used to.
fucking insane starter to a fucking insane band. has a little more of a hip hop feel than their newer albums, and i like it a lot. has some more toned down instrumetals, but some harsher and seeper cutting lyrics.
fav tracks: full moon, takyon, where's it at
