Preface: Not gonna lie, when I saw this cover art, i halfway expected it to be hardcore punk. My God, was I surprised.

I really enjoy this mellow, jazzy stuff. It's a nice refresher on a lot of the other albums that I've been listening to so far this year that are generally higher-energy (not a bad thing, just an observation). I've always loved jazz and its younger variations on the genre, but I've never fully dived in beyond the classics from decades ago.
