The beginning of the end for The Beach Boys. The departure of long time member Bruce Johnston and the lack of any involvement from musical genius Brian Wilson doesn't bode well for the future of this group, and contributes to the lack of anything original or impressive in this forgettable album.

Edit - Old Score 75: Many of the tracks on the first side have shrunk on me considerably. Second side as well as “Here She Comes” are still terrific, but the first half drags it down quite a bit. Also 8 tracks is just too short for this type of album.

A Pretty solid and an underrated collection of tracks. There are some real highlights here like Dennis' orchestral ballad "Cuddle Up" or a jazzy blues number "Here She Comes" by the newcomers Ricky Fataar and ... read more
