This album is quite bluntly, an insane piece of post-hardcore. There are elements here that almost feel like a Captain Beefheart album, with strange and eclectic instrumentation laced into the already established hardcore sound. The development of this group over their past few albums is honestly pretty astounding and has really built up my respect for the group from album to album.
