The more you listen to ginla the more you realize that nothing is exactly what it seems, and everything is more complex that initial reactions would indicate.

A mixed bag of gems, neat rocks, and beans. "Moonlighting" is such a gem, "Take More" is pretty nice, "Decider" is a neat rock, the rest are kinda just beans. I wish the album felt more emotionally intricate like the album cover, and it almost does in parts where the production and instrumental aspects show potential for less generic pop melodies, but the vocals on tracks like "JM", "Finite", and "Earthquake" throw me out of any ... read more
