Radiate Like This doesn't demand attention, it warrants it. The sharp edges have been painstakingly burred and the surfaces smoothed with such care that it could slip by without you noticing, if you let it.
It’s a record that sucks you into its vortex before laying you down gently again.
Radiate Like This is a superb return from Warpaint, full of blissful, uplifting, thoughtful and emotional songs and it’s great to have them back making such brilliant music.
Radiate Like This is a quiet stunner and a very welcome return.
The all-female indie-rock quartet, have returned after a six year hiatus with fourth album Radiate Like This, and it feels more intimate than ever.
As with previous albums, Radiate Like This does make demands on the listener to do just that, actually listen, and requires some patience before it fully reveals itself.
Unlike 2016’s Heads Up, whose more direct approach seemed to be influenced by their extra-curricular work, Radiate Like This sounds like a logical progression of their song-based structures.
Radiate Like This is a characteristically joined-up effort from the close-knit group, underscoring the strength of their musical bond – its only hindrance being the occasional pang of déjà vu.
While Radiate Like This is a solid return for Warpaint, it's likely to leave some wanting more.
Damn this was a pretty great album. I actually saw these guys live a few years back when they opened for Depeche Mode but never dived into their music much but this was reall good. A consistent vibe with strong song writing and direction to tie it all together. I've heard some of their older stuff and I wanna go back and listen to more now.
Listening to dream pop while journaling with a macchiato and thinking about my financial success, that's my bag right there.
This album was alright, it's kind of a shame when a great deal of their catalog is more appealing than the tracks on this project.

Psychedelic dream pop. Quite a standard Warpaint album. Nice to listen although nothing fresh.
