75 minutes of the most boring narration over the most boring instrumentals. Horribly mixed and full of mouse clicks. This thing is truly evil.
You're kidding me, right?
I've never even heard of Iced Earth until Fantano called this the worst album of 2022, but looking at the ratings of their earlier discography, they seem to be a rather talented band and have a decent audience.
So why did they decide to squander their talent to make a 73min Spoken Word metal album that never evolves to anything special?

I'm taking a little break to finally finish my 1000 follower special. Just putting it out there because these last few days I've been thinking about stuff regarding myself as a person and my life choices in general. I'll try to post it as soon as possible, but until then, no reviews until that special comes out.
Also, yeah, this is serious trash.
Now that's the neoclassical darkwave representation we like to see. Not some "Ligma Ignota" am I right?
This album sounds like some white guy trying to do a Trap-a-holics voice impression narrating a trailer for a teenager drama based in a fallout-esque post apocalyptic world. Now, if that description sounds bad enough...Trust me, it's worse LMAO

This shit had absolutely no reason to be as long as it was. This was an utter waste of time, a 74 minutes of pure boredom. The pitiful attempts to sound 'badass' just don't work whatsoever and are more cringe-inducing than anything. This was an obvious cash-grab to milk the final drops out of a band that had already fallen off severely.
