Compared to Tibet’s previous effort, “The Light is Leaving Us All”, “If a City Is Set Upon a Hill” is more of a grower. I wasn’t immediately impressed on my first listen but somehow kept feeling the urge to come back, until I finally started to be able to tell songs apart and catch the details.
