Very amateur project from a Cudi that was still developing his style. Songs cut off at seemingly random points, and it bothers me more than it should. Kid Cudi's debut mixtape remains one of his best releases yet.

Just like his debut album, A Kid Named Cudi shows that Cudi has potential at making something truly great, but he's not quite there yet. Not gonna lie, first time hearing this & it’s 2020 IK! Late to the game. This is great tho
The debut! Pretty hard to dislike, not even just because everyone in Ohio loved this, its a product of its time in the best way, like a scapbook of the vast range of alt. hip hop in 08. Man On The Moon is a masterpiece of a track that I can't believe was left off the LP.
