Ooooh boy I fall more in love with Dream II every time I hear it. Genuinely becoming one of my favourite folk songs of all time, and I cannot WAIT to see where Della Zyr goes next.
I swear someone put a curse on me that's forcing me to be severely underwhelmed by every release from this year, but I digress. Anyhow I quite enjoyed this, I think this record has the bones of a really amazing album it just got pulled down pretty massively by its mixing. The mixes here... are rough, this thing does not sound nearly as pretty as it tries to be and it's a shame because I think even if it still felt rough around the edges there were still some really beautiful moments here.
